The Torreon Build Team was created to facilitate a better building experience. By guiding our clients through the process, we can eliminate much of the anxiety most people have when they decide to build a custom home. Over the last several years, we have brought together some of the best custom home builders on the mountain. With several contractors to choose from, we can assure you a
good match for your project as well as competitive pricing and excellent service.

 

By discussing your goals, wants and needs, our team will have a good understanding of your project. Armed with that knowledge, we can assist our clients in the selection and purchase of the best lot for their purpose.

 

The design process can be intimidating to most people. We have hundreds of floor plans at our fingertips. We can start with an existing plan and make changes to truly make it yours or start from scratch and use your vision to create the perfect home. We work with multiple draftsman and architects daily to keep your plans moving forward. With your vision and input from our builders, we can efficiently move through the design process.

The HOA will require quite a bit of detail along with their extensive paperwork in order to approve a new build project in the community. Torreon is what we do!  Since we know the guidelines, rules, players and procedures inside and out, our guidance during this phase is key.

If you are going to utilize a construction loan, we have several preferred lenders that are familiar with our process, building in Torreon and work well with our builders. If you are self-funding, we are ready to get started.

 

Once we have successfully navigated through the first several stages above, we are ready to have the Builder take over and start your project. This is an exiting day for everyone involved. The builder will take it from here but we are always around for guidance and assistance along the way.
